In the 13th match minute, Kulp JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fikri Birge to maneuver through the defense. Fikri Birge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enver Erduran having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Ahmet Oğuz Lütfi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the King Nwakaeme and the Kulp JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, King Nwakaeme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Oğuz Lütfi to maneuver through the defense. Semi İkbal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Oğuz Lütfi's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. But to his dismay, Mustafa Necati Usbey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Mustafa Necati Usbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Semi İkbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Kulp JK's Batıray Sanal in the 38th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Enver Erduran was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for King Nwakaeme through an amazing save. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kulp JK's goalkeeper Semi İkbal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Kulp JK's zone, Mustafa Necati Usbey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Semi İkbal came out of the goal and Mustafa Necati Usbey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the game, Mustafa Necati Usbey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Semi İkbal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Kulp JK booed when King Nwakaeme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mümin Taşkesen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sakut Rafiz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enver Erduran. That made the score 1-3 in the 47 minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batıray Sanal was the one to do the kick off. If Sakut Rafiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sakut Rafiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Oğuz Lütfi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Semi İkbal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Sakut Rafiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kulp JK's Adnan İnanoğlu got a free kick in the 66th minute. The King Nwakaeme fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when King Nwakaeme's Mustafa Necati Usbey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Batıray Suel charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Batıray Suel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kulp JK's Fikri Birge got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Oğuz Lütfi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Semi İkbal was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After having played for 92 minutes, Mustafa Necati Usbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. King Nwakaeme's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Necati Usbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
