When Utku Sarduç came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Rami SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Utku Sarduç couldn't finish the play. After having played for 24 minutes, Abay Sezmen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ovacik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abay Sezmen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Utku Sarduç struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Arda Totuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rami SK. After a rather tough play, Rami SK's Sakut Kabataş got a free kick in the 29th minute. Rami SK's Melik Birsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abay Sezmen in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Ovacik's goal looked a bit too open when Hakan Onsal came free, but Arda Totuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, İzzet Eldemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melik Birsan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fehmi Onursu, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fehmi Onursu in the 47th minute of play forced Rami SK's goalkeeper Melik Birsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abay Sezmen to make the kick off. Ovacik's Abay Sezmen got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Hakan Onsal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arda Totuk. Ovacik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hakan Onsal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 91st minute, Fehmi Onursu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ovacik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Şakir Çoğan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arda Totuk. Ovacik's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Ovacik players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rami SK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
