When Ataman Tutuş came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Selamicesme FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ataman Tutuş couldn't finish the play. If Ataman Tutuş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ataman Tutuş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Şerif Özerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ataman Tutuş struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Şerif Özerman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selamicesme FK. In the 32nd minute, Gölpazari FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sami Zorbey fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Ataman Tutuş made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Selamicesme FK's Sami Zorbey got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Yağız Özdoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gölpazari FK's Şerif Özerman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ataman Tutuş in the 55th minute of play. When Sami Zorbey came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Selamicesme FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sami Zorbey couldn't finish the play. Şerif Özerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ataman Tutuş in the 65th minute of the match. Şerif Özerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ataman Tutuş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ataman Tutuş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selamicesme FK's Ataman Tutuş got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cevat Özgur's late challenge caught a Selamicesme FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cevat Özgur helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gölpazari FK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cevat Özgur hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ataman Tutuş in the 79th minute of play forced Gölpazari FK's goalkeeper Şerif Özerman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gölpazari FK's zone, Sami Zorbey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şerif Özerman came out of the goal and Sami Zorbey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ataman Tutuş might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şerif Özerman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ataman Tutuş ran back to his position shaking his head. Sami Zorbey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şerif Özerman having to interfere. Şerif Özerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Zorbey in the 88th minute of the match. Selamicesme FK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
