The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Tozanlı Deresi's zone, Ahmet Bedri Sezgen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When the match had been going on for 6 minutes, Manyas's Alim Okergun got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bartlomiej Laskowski. Bartlomiej Laskowski came out of the goal and İsrafil Serol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 11 minutes, İsrafil Serol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manyas's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsrafil Serol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İsrafil Serol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bartlomiej Laskowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ahmet Bedri Sezgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İsrafil Serol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bartlomiej Laskowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fazıl Akın made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsrafil Serol in the 52nd minute of play forced Tozanlı Deresi's goalkeeper Bartlomiej Laskowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Ali Cengiz İzmirli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Selman Özer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haşim Hastimur, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 72nd minute Fazıl Akın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selman Özer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Manyas's Ahmet Bedri Sezgen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Bedri Sezgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Manyas had played much better football throughout.
