Galatasaray AŞ's attentive Ali Vedat İpekli managed to snatch the ball when Uğur Okanalp made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, one of Galatasaray AŞ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Galatasaray AŞ. The goalkeeper, Halil Utku Çavas, was totally fooled by Iskilip JK's Aral Dikmen, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Galatasaray AŞ's Halil Utku Çavas got control of the ball when Nuh Böke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aral Dikmen made in the 84th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Artun Sahat immediately put the ball in play. In the 86th minute, Mehmet Anıl Okboğa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ünsal Ruzi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Galatasaray AŞ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
