Ahmet Emir Tokdemir's late challenge caught a Zaragoza JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Emir Tokdemir helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zaragoza JK booed when Cerit FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Necati Sefa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aykut Harmandalı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davut Durhal took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özcan Çağlayan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiz Okanalp in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Necati Sefa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aykut Harmandalı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Zaragoza JK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Şafak Özgen hit a great ball. Mustafa Necati Sefa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aykut Harmandalı's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute of the match Aybek Özkan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Özcan Çağlayan skillfully saved the ball. Aykut Harmandalı blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Necati Sefa having to make a save. Davut Durhal struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Özcan Çağlayan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerit FK. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tunç Çetinsoy was the one to do the kick off. Ramiz Okanalp struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mustafa Necati Sefa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zaragoza JK. 84 minutes into the match, Cerit FK's goalkeeper Mustafa Necati Sefa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenan Hirfanlı. If Ramiz Okanalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa Necati Sefa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aykut Harmandalı went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The Cerit FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zaragoza JK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
