Alaaddin Kuvvet didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Sacit Kadrettin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hulki Atasan, 2-1. Anton Finnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hulki Atasan having to interfere. In the 27th minute, DEĞİRMENÖZÜ SK's Halit Eryildiz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Halit Eryildiz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DEĞİRMENÖZÜ SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Halit Eryildiz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of DEĞİRMENÖZÜ SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cankiri FK:s goal. After a rather tough play, Cankiri FK's Alaaddin Kuvvet got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Sacit Kadrettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hulki Atasan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Sedat Ula, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as DEĞİRMENÖZÜ SK's Sacit Kadrettin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hulki Atasan. That made the score 3-2 after 43 minutes of play. 46 minutes into the match, Sacit Kadrettin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hulki Atasan, 4-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

After having played for 70 minutes, Sacit Kadrettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DEĞİRMENÖZÜ SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sacit Kadrettin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Batıhan Bozdoğan hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ahmet Göktuğ Ilıca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Behram Nefer, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Ahmet Sedat Ula ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hulki Atasan was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. In the 91st minute Ahmet Sedat Ula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hulki Atasan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Sacit Kadrettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
