An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzcan Ciner in the 16th minute of play forced Okmeydani's goalkeeper Faruk Nafiz Ekemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Oğuzcan Ciner came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Power Punch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oğuzcan Ciner couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Okmeydani's goalkeeper Faruk Nafiz Ekemen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ferdi Vefi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Yahya Vala came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Power Punch fans jumped to their feet. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Batur Ülgü during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oğuzcan Ciner to make the kick off. The supporters of Power Punch booed when Okmeydani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kürşat Saadettin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Okmeydani's Faruk Nafiz Ekemen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuzcan Ciner in the 55th minute of play. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Okmeydani would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
