The audience thought a goal was coming when Abay Köklem got free with Başaran Akçabay in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. İlbey Taştan might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Başaran Akçabay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. İlbey Taştan ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Manisa Futbol Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when İlbey Taştan came free, but Başaran Akçabay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sungurhan Düden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karadeniz Erentürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İskender Uçhan having to interfere. Taha Omural shot from long distance in the 34th minute, but Başaran Akçabay was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Manisa Futbol Kulübü's Başaran Akçabay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Manisa Futbol Kulübü from getting a goal against them. Kiraz FK's Bünyamin Baysu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 38th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Başaran Akçabay but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Manisa Futbol Kulübü's Başaran Akçabay got control of the ball when Abay Köklem tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Bünyamin Baysu in the 41st minute really tested Başaran Akçabay's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
