With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dursun Yalınalp in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şakir Ulusu saved Refahiye SK from getting behind. Mirza Dengizer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Hüseyin Cahit Mertel made a huge save. Dursun Yalınalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Coşkun Özata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 25 minutes, Mirza Dengizer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refahiye SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mirza Dengizer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tayfun Uman scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hüseyin Cahit Mertel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Şakir Ulusu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bektaş Veli Taybars, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Cengizhan Zühtü was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Refahiye SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Üsküdar FK the free kick. Cengizhan Zühtü hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The Üsküdar FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Cahit Mertel should have stopped the shot. Demircan Yergin charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demircan Yergin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Demircan Yergin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match.
