Gürcan Dilercan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Şakir Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Thanks to some nice moves Gürcan Dilercan could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Şakir Ulusu however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gürcan Dilercan got free with Şakir Ulusu in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paşa Ali Sadun kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Coşkun Özata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Refahiye SK were victorious despite being under pressure from derbeder for much of the match.
