An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulkerim Orkan in the 20th minute of play forced DOĞANŞEHİRGENÇLİK's goalkeeper Aykut Aktaşlıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 60th minute of the match Berkem Emektar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Berkem Emektar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Berkem Emektar hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. DOĞANŞEHİRGENÇLİK had won after a very even match.
