In the 8th minute Mustafa Emrah Tanbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Fatih Şensal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, ADALET VE KALKINMA PARTİS's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Emrah Tanbey came free, but Mehmet Fatih Şensal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Köprüköy booed when ADALET VE KALKINMA PARTİS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adil Kelim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vacid Songur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Abdulmelik Erzan made a huge save. In the 17th minute, ADALET VE KALKINMA PARTİS's Adil Kelim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abdulmelik Erzan. Abdulmelik Erzan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Mehmet Fatih Şensal came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Köprüköy's Mücahit Tancan. But to his dismay, Mücahit Tancan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Mücahit Tancan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Fatih Şensal. ADALET VE KALKINMA PARTİS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mücahit Tancan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 36th minute, Mücahit Tancan made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Fatih Şensal. ADALET VE KALKINMA PARTİS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 39 minutes into the game, Yavuz Bülent Yağan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ADALET VE KALKINMA PARTİS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Köprüköy the free kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Buğrahan Taşdan to strike the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Fatih Şensal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alim Açıkel in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Kılıçalp Ugraş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Köprüköy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atalay Tacim during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Atalay Tacim kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. During the 71st minute of the match Atalay Tacim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Atalay Tacim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Köprüköy's Mustafa Emrah Tanbey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Fatih Şensal. That made the score 1-7 after 84 minutes of play. Abdulmelik Erzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Buğrahan Taşdan in the 90th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Buğrahan Taşdan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdulmelik Erzan was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Buğrahan Taşdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Köprüköy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
