In the 44th minute, Bilgehan Özerdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, Konyaalti's Ali Hamza Özgebay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İdris Maruf narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Canakkale SK's İdris Maruf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artaç Mustafa in the 76th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Konyaalti got a freekick which was hit by Özgür Özkar. After having played for 80 minutes, Aşkın Ersayın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canakkale SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aşkın Ersayın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Canakkale SK's goalkeeper İdris Maruf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beşir Babayiğit. Burak Egelioğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artaç Mustafa in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İdris Maruf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Vecdet Doğa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute.
