Eren Saffet's late challenge caught a Gömec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eren Saffet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Güray Temizöz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anıl Berk Yelesen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Güray Temizöz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Berk Yelesen having to interfere. Naci Vahapoğlu struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Sungur Taşel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arhavi SK. Güray Temizöz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Hasan Hüseyin Haliloğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arhavi SK's goalkeeper Anıl Berk Yelesen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hasan Hüseyin Haliloğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Anıl Berk Yelesen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ahmet Haşim Özçin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Hasan Hüseyin Haliloğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Haşim Özçin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Hasan Hüseyin Haliloğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gömec's Sungur Taşel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naci Vahapoğlu in the 44th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hasan Hüseyin Haliloğlu to make the kick off. A collision led to Arhavi SK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Aytekin Dikici hit a great ball. In the 56th match minute, Arhavi SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Utkan Yetiş to maneuver through the defense. Necmi Sayfi kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Arhavi SK got a freekick which was hit by Aytekin Dikici. 77 minutes into the match, Gömec's goal looked a bit too open when Ragıp Kaynak came free, but Sungur Taşel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Berk Yelesen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Hüseyin Haliloğlu in the 79th minute of the match. Sungur Taşel came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Arhavi SK's Naci Vahapoğlu. But to his dismay, Naci Vahapoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Osman Yurdaer fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gömec's protests and gave Osman Yurdaer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Gömec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osman Yurdaer to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 86 minutes, Ragıp Kaynak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arhavi SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ragıp Kaynak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ragıp Kaynak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sungur Taşel having to interfere. Gömec's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
