Yüce Saru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Ahmet Rıfat Selim made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Adana D.S's Erdoğan Göçer got a free kick in the 13th minute. A hard shot 14 in the game by Yüce Saru from a close distance when the talented Ahmet Rıfat Selim managed to make a qualified save. Adana D.S's players were relieved. Rasim Elmastaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Selim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naci Nursal charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Naci Nursal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Adana D.S's Naci Nursal got a free kick in the 17th minute. Adana D.S's Ahmet Rıfat Selim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Adana D.S from getting a goal against them. If Rasim Elmastaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rasim Elmastaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erdoğan Göçer's late challenge caught a Ahdevefâ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erdoğan Göçer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Erdoğan Göçer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the game, Rasim Elmastaş recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ahmet Rıfat Selim. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Birant Sefir made a kick off. Ahmet Rıfat Selim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yüce Saru in the 54th minute of the match. If Yüce Saru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Birant Sefir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adana D.S's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birant Sefir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adana D.S's Ahmet Rıfat Selim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yüce Saru in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
