In the 9th minute Tamer Tanyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Rıfat Selim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Adana D.S's zone, Durmuş Sunullah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Rıfat Selim came out of the goal and Durmuş Sunullah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Tamer Tanyol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Adana D.S's Ahmet Rıfat Selim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Adana D.S getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cemal Tuğsan hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Durmuş Sunullah reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ahmet Rıfat Selim. The goal made the score 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 23rd minute when Tamer Tanyol elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kilyos's Aras Uğurcan got a free kick in the 26th minute. Birant Sefir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emir Talaş having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Kilyos's goal looked a bit too open when Birant Sefir came free, but Emir Talaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tamer Tanyol might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Rıfat Selim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tamer Tanyol ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Rıfat Selim made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Durmuş Sunullah sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gökçek Safer during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adana D.S's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Tamer Tanyol scored to the left of an out of position Ahmet Rıfat Selim, making the score, 3-0. Tamer Tanyol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birant Sefir was the one to do the kick off. Birant Sefir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alim Ergüleç during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Kilyos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alim Ergüleç to maneuver through the defense. If Erhun Akdoğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gökçek Safer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. Naci Nursal hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamer Tanyol in the 69th minute of play forced Adana D.S's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Selim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tamer Tanyol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Naci Nursal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tamer Tanyol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Rıfat Selim having to interfere. Ahmet Rıfat Selim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durmuş Sunullah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gürsel Sökmen fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kilyos's protests and gave Gürsel Sökmen a yellow card for diving instead. Tamer Tanyol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Selim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Rıfat Selim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tamer Tanyol in the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kilyos had won after a very even match.
