An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet İlhan Taner in the 8th minute of play forced Bozyazi's goalkeeper Gilbert Rudy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes, Taner Sadiray mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bozyazi and the Meram players grew even worse after the yellow card. Taner Sadiray hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Meram's Gilbert Rudy threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet İlhan Taner, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. İrfan Uraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semavi Ahioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Pars Yücelay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Uraz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taner Sadiray in the 21st minute of play forced Meram's goalkeeper İrfan Uraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Bozyazi's Semavi Ahioğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İrfan Uraz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Çeliker Oksu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gilbert Rudy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pars Yücelay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. After the first half Bozyazi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Semavi Ahioğlu made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Bozyazi getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Hacı Ali Tuğsav hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet İlhan Taner in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Rudy saved Bozyazi from getting behind. When Meram's Ahmet İlhan Taner in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bozyazi's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Pars Yücelay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bozyazi's supporters rose to their feet, but Pars Yücelay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İrfan Uraz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Meram's Cumhur Uz got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute Yaşar Yürüker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Rudy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Meram booed when Bozyazi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bekir Özata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes Meram got a freekick which was hit by Onur Değirmenci. Semavi Ahioğlu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised İrfan Uraz 80 minutes into the match. Pars Yücelay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Uraz having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Bozyazi got a freekick which was hit by Taner Sadiray. Yaşar Yürüker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gilbert Rudy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taner Sadiray kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Ahmet İlhan Taner came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Meram fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet İlhan Taner couldn't finish the play.
