Reşat Şemseddin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mirza Akatay during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Amasyaspor JK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ender İkram hit a great ball. Mesut Tekay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ayberk Nefer having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Reşat Şemseddin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gelibolu SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Reşat Şemseddin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yücel Koyas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Niyazi Borlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yücel Koyas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Amasyaspor JK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Alişan Şendoğan hit a great ball. Niyazi Borlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yücel Koyas having to interfere. Yücel Koyas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reha Esenboğa in the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Amasyaspor JK booed when Gelibolu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kılıçhan Necaettin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Gelibolu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reha Esenboğa to maneuver through the defense. Ayberk Nefer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mesut Tekay went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Mesut Tekay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Ayberk Nefer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Niyazi Borlu made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Gelibolu SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Danış Tayyip. The supporters of Gelibolu SK booed when Amasyaspor JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alişan Şendoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yücel Koyas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niyazi Borlu in the 65th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gelibolu SK's Niyazi Borlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yücel Koyas. That made the score 3-2 after 67 minutes of play. Cenk Yanar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Niyazi Borlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yücel Koyas made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Reşat Şemseddin sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ender İkram in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayberk Nefer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ender İkram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Amasyaspor JK had won after a very even match.
