Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Birant Cansoy kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the game, Berat Benlioğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bingöl's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hakkari the free kick. 4 minutes into the game, one of Bingöl:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Demir Keşif shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birant Cansoy in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oğuzer Arpacı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Birant Cansoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oğuzer Arpacı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Hakkari's Bahtiyar Çeliksu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kubat Berksan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Latif Suerkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahtiyar Çeliksu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bahtiyar Çeliksu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kubat Berksan having to interfere. Kubat Berksan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alpertunga Akkın in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bingöl's Özcan Erginay got a free kick in the 24th minute. Bahtiyar Çeliksu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kubat Berksan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artun Yalaza hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cenap Tamerkin during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahtiyar Çeliksu in the 38th minute of play forced Bingöl's goalkeeper Kubat Berksan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kubat Berksan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahtiyar Çeliksu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 41 played minutes Bingöl got a freekick which was hit by Özcan Erginay. Bahtiyar Çeliksu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kubat Berksan having to interfere.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bahtiyar Çeliksu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Bahtiyar Çeliksu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kubat Berksan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tanju Yoran succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 80thth minute of the game Bahtiyar Çeliksu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bingöl's Kubat Berksan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Birant Cansoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Latif Suerkan hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Kubat Berksan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahtiyar Çeliksu in the 89th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
