After 9 played minutes Karabükspor got a freekick which was hit by İsmet Boz. Tan Fişek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korkut Tecik, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Mehmet Şefik Özbey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Şenol Karakaya showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Karabükspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmet Boz to maneuver through the defense. Korkut Tecik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tan Fişek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. When Korkut Tecik came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Doganyurt JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korkut Tecik couldn't finish the play. Tan Fişek came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Doganyurt JK's Latif Akdemir. But to his dismay, Latif Akdemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 38th match minute, Doganyurt JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ateş Aynacı to maneuver through the defense. Bumin Sarif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Karabükspor getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. İsmet Boz hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Latif Akdemir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Latif Akdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karabükspor's Tan Fişek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Karabükspor from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Tan Fişek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Korkut Tecik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Tan Fişek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Latif Akdemir in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tan Fişek saved Karabükspor from getting behind. Korkut Teciks short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Tan Fişek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 90th minute, Doganyurt JK's Latif Akdemir dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Korkut Tecik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
