Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mehmet Hakkı Berksu started the match with the kick off. Ali Cengiz Salur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Muharrem Polathan made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gazi Osman Paşa Sk fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! With a little luck, Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's Muharrem Polathan got control of the ball when Ali Cengiz Salur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mehmet Hakkı Berksu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Batuhan Dural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Malatya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vahap Çalkın to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Hakkı Berksu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Batuhan Dural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özen Hicran in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batuhan Dural prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Gazi Osman Paşa Sk booed when Malatya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hıdır Ulus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Hakkı Berksu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Özen Hicran struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Batuhan Dural didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gazi Osman Paşa Sk. After a rather tough play, Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's Ahmet Hayri Çaykara got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Vahap Çalkın kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Mehmet Hakkı Berksu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Hakkı Berksu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ömer Keyhüsrev to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Gazi Osman Paşa Sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hayri Çaykara to maneuver through the defense. Bayhan Sargın, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ali Cengiz Salur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muharrem Polathan having to interfere. Muharrem Polathan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Cengiz Salur, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Özen Hicran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muharrem Polathan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Keyhüsrev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Cengiz Salur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muharrem Polathan having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Ahmet Turan Bakırcı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gazi Osman Paşa Sk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malatya the free kick. Ahmet Turan Bakırcı kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ömer Keyhüsrev struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Muharrem Polathan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malatya. In the 74th minute Ömer Keyhüsrev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muharrem Polathan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Özen Hicran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gazi Osman Paşa Sk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Muharrem Polathan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer Keyhüsrev in the 85th minute of the match. Özen Hicran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batuhan Dural having to interfere. Özen Hicran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Batuhan Dural read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
