After a defensive mix-up in Baykan's zone, Cebrail Şanalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zekeriya Zaim came out of the goal and Cebrail Şanalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Baykan's Muammer Değirmencioğlu got a free kick in the 13th minute. Cebrail Şanalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zekeriya Zaim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Hacı Alpsoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Clemente Txordon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cebrail Şanalp struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Zekeriya Zaim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RAGÜR FC. After some careless play in the Baykan defense, Cebrail Şanalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zekeriya Zaim. The Baykan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zekeriya Zaim should have stopped the shot. A collision led to RAGÜR FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. RAGÜR FC's Cebrail Şanalp was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 36th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Zekeriya Zaim was a little too slow when Cebrail Şanalp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-3. Clemente Txordon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serdar Tugay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Görkem Erçetin hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serdar Tugay to make the kick off. Namık Kemal Pekergin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Txordon having to make a save. After taking down the ball on Baykan's corner Mehmet Taluy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Clemente Txordon quite easily take care of the ball. In the 58th minute Cebrail Şanalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zekeriya Zaim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Baykan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muammer Değirmencioğlu to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Txordon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serdar Tugay, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. With an all-out effort, Baykan's Clemente Txordon threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Serdar Tugay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Cebrail Şanalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that RAGÜR FC were the better team. RAGÜR FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
