Necdet Cihanser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamuran Uçma having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Mardin's goal looked a bit too open when Necdet Cihanser came free, but Kamuran Uçma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Alucra's Necdet Cihanser sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kamuran Uçma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Azmi Özgulec's late challenge caught a Alucra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Azmi Özgulec helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mardin getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Azmi Özgulec hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Mardin's goal looked a bit too open when Ayberk Haksever came free, but Kamuran Uçma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mardin's goalkeeper Kamuran Uçma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Necdet Cihanser in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kamuran Uçma saved Mardin from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Mardin's Osman Nuri Baştugay got a free kick in the 39th minute. The supporters of Alucra booed when Mardin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Barış Erginsoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kamuran Uçma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Necdet Cihanser's shot from short distance in the 49th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Hakkı Kenan Cebir made the kick off in the second half. Özgün Hünerli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bumin Pınarbaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Mardin's goal looked a bit too open when Necdet Cihanser came free, but Kamuran Uçma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Alucra booed when Mardin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osman Nuri Baştugay didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alucra's Necdet Cihanser slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kamuran Uçma. That made the score 0-1 after 61 minutes of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Necdet Cihanser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mardin's Kamuran Uçma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute, Ayberk Haksever made a precise shot to the right of Kamuran Uçma. Mardin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Mardin's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alkan Ongen 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Kamuran Uçma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necdet Cihanser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Mardin's Kamuran Uçma got control of the ball when Ayberk Haksever tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kamuran Uçma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ayberk Haksever in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Alucra's Kerimhan Üngörmüş got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Ayberk Haksever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Necdet Cihanser took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Kamuran Uçma to make any attempt to save it.
