Alemdar Şehzat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karkamis. In the 11th minute, Adil İlkin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alemdar Şehzat was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Savaş Bozkurt kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Şafak Özçınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aytunç Türkcan kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağatay Hanbeyi in the 23rd minute of play forced Karkamis's goalkeeper Atilla Köksan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alemdar Şehzat made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adil İlkin sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the game, Hızır Kutam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kahramanmaras SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karkamis the free kick. Hızır Kutam hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Adil İlkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Savaş Bozkurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Çağatay Hanbeyi put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Atilla Köksan. After a defensive mix-up in Karkamis's zone, Çağatay Hanbeyi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilla Köksan came out of the goal and Çağatay Hanbeyi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Şafak Özçınar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adil İlkin made a kick off. Alemdar Şehzat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adil İlkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Savaş Bozkurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Savaş Bozkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kahramanmaras SK's zone, Adil İlkin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alemdar Şehzat came out of the goal and Adil İlkin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Karkamis's Savaş Bozkurt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alemdar Şehzat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karkamis's Aytunç Türkcan got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Savaş Bozkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Savaş Bozkurt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karkamis's supporters rose to their feet, but Savaş Bozkurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alemdar Şehzat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Şafak Özçınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Karkamis getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Adil İlkin hit a great ball. Savaş Bozkurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alemdar Şehzat having to interfere. Seyhun Ulum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alemdar Şehzat came out of the goal and Şafak Özçınar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alemdar Şehzat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adil İlkin in the 89th minute of the match. Seyhun Ulum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute of the match Şeray Turhan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilla Köksan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There was no doubt that Karkamis were the better team. Karkamis's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
