Sinan Irak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Uzundere JK's Bilal Mutluay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamdullah Umural narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bilal Mutluay received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hamdullah Umural came out and tried to block the shot, but Bilal Mutluay slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Bilal Mutluay scored 2-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hamdullah Umural, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hamdullah Umural made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bilal Mutluay in the 27th minute. If Hacı Kutay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilal Mutluay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hamdullah Umural firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hacı Kutay in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamdullah Umural saved Kozan FK from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferit Hafızoğlu in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sinan Irak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hacı Kutay struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Hamdullah Umural didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uzundere JK. Hamdullah Umural made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bilal Mutluay in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kozan FK's zone, Hacı Kutay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamdullah Umural came out of the goal and Hacı Kutay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hacı Kutay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hacı Kutay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bilal Mutluay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdullah Umural having to interfere. Rafettin Halıcıoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sinan Irak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Uzundere JK's goal looked a bit too open when Rafettin Halıcıoğlu came free, but Sinan Irak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bilal Mutluay in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamdullah Umural saved Kozan FK from getting behind. 80 minutes in the game, Rafettin Halıcıoğlu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sinan Irak having to interfere. Rafettin Halıcıoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sinan Irak having to make a save. In the 86th minute, Ferit Hafızoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ersin Şenaltan's late challenge caught a Uzundere JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ersin Şenaltan helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kozan FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Hamdullah Umural came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Uzundere JK's Erbatur Özerdinc. But to his dismay, Erbatur Özerdinc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Hamdullah Umural came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Uzundere JK's Hacı Kutay. But to his dismay, Hacı Kutay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Uzundere JK had played much better football throughout.
