Enginsu Akgüngör showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cuma Serdinç in the 10th minute of the match. When Erol Önen came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Heybeliada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erol Önen couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Erol Önen made a precise shot to the right of İzzettin Kutsel. Arpacay FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, Heybeliada's Erol Önen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İzzettin Kutsel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the final whistle sounded Heybeliada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arpacay FK.
