After some careless play in the Seyhan FK defense, Baykal Yücealp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lütfü Paşa. The Seyhan FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lütfü Paşa should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Barış Akmaner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Seyhan FK's goal looked a bit too open when Barış Akmaner came free, but Lütfü Paşa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kemalettin Tezalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhittin Türker in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Tolga Olcay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tolga Olcay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barış Akmaner was the one to do the kick off. Kemalettin Tezalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolga Olcay's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute.
