An unexpectedly hard shot by Yiğit Demirkan in the 23rd minute of play forced Cumaova SK's goalkeeper Sezer Ulutaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yiğit Demirkan in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sezer Ulutaş saved Cumaova SK from getting behind. Sezer Ulutaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janick Tholsted in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Yiğit Demirkan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sezer Ulutaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 40 minutes of play, Egil SK's Janick Tholsted made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sezer Ulutaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Cumaova SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Egil SK were winning 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İlhami Ersevim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Janick Tholsted managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egil SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Janick Tholsted was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sezer Ulutaş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sezer Ulutaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yiğit Demirkan in the 55th minute of the match. Egil SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Atacan Başeğmez in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cumaova SK's zone, Janick Tholsted stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sezer Ulutaş came out of the goal and Janick Tholsted tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute Yiğit Demirkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezer Ulutaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Janick Tholsted ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sezer Ulutaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. 67 minutes into the match, İlhami Ersevim notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Egil SK's Daniele Abete. Daniele Abete was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egil SK's Babür Başar was substituted for Yiğit Demirkan. Alaaddin Şanver lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. In the 80th minute Babür Başar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezer Ulutaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janick Tholsted who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Sezer Ulutaş when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Janick Tholsteds short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Sezer Ulutaş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Daniele Abete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tugay Aktürk in the 86th minute of play. Sezer Ulutaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Babür Başar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sezer Ulutaş stood somewhat misplaced when Babür Başar came free in front of goal and shot 2-6 to the left of him in the 90 minute. Sezer Ulutaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janick Tholsted in the 95th minute.
