Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Murathan Ulunay started the match with the kick off. Murathan Ulunay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykutalp Teksen having to interfere. In the 20th minute Özmen Akkanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaşar Hacılar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Murat Hececi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pamukkale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murat Hececi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sacit Onuralp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yaşar Hacılar having to make a save. After 32 played minutes Pamukkale got a freekick which was hit by Sacit Onuralp. In the 33rd minute, Sebati Yalazabey sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pamukkale's Aykutalp Teksen didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murat Hececi in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yaşar Hacılar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Murat Hececi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Hatemi Refiğ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talas FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hatemi Refiğ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aykutalp Teksen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the game, Ahmet Orhan Tokcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talas FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pamukkale the free kick. When Sebati Yalazabey fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talas FK's protests and gave Sebati Yalazabey a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Talas FK! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Murat Hececi was the one to do the kick off. When Hatemi Refiğ came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Talas FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hatemi Refiğ couldn't finish the play. Talas FK's Karahan Arıkhan got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Atabek Emek put in a rough tackle. If Murathan Ulunay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Özmen Akkanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özmen Akkanoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute Murathan Ulunay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykutalp Teksen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aykutalp Teksen came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Talas FK's Murathan Ulunay. But to his dismay, Murathan Ulunay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Özmen Akkanoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Yaşar Hacılar made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Talas FK's Karahan Arıkhan got a free kick in the 99th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pamukkale players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Talas FK.
