In the 20th minute, Sögütlü JK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Atilla Tekdoğan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fc okan's Metehan Yöner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aygün Temizcan in the 21st minute of play. When Aytaç Omural fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc okan's protests and gave Aytaç Omural a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Fc okan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aytaç Omural to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fc okan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Ahmet Ziya Hasanbeyli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ali Güralp Bozoğluer made a huge save. Metehan Yöner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aygün Temizcan in the 35th minute of the match. Refik İstemihan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aygün Temizcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aygün Temizcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Metehan Yöner having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Atilla Tekdoğan made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sögütlü JK booed when Fc okan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orhun Sanbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from İshak Ongun led 59 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Fc okan's Metehan Yöner became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. Aygün Temizcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Metehan Yöner having to interfere. Mustafa Ekrem Orsel kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Metehan Yöner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aygün Temizcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Refik İstemihan came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sögütlü JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Refik İstemihan couldn't finish the play. When Mustafa Oğuz Ozan fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc okan's protests and gave Mustafa Oğuz Ozan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fc okan getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mustafa Oğuz Ozan hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Aygün Temizcan notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Fc okan's Metehan Yöner. Metehan Yöner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aygün Temizcan in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Metehan Yöner saved Fc okan from getting behind. Metehan Yöner made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Erhan Özdemir sent off a good shot on target. Aytaç Omural was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Fc okan's Aytaç Omural got a free kick in the 90th minute. Metehan Yöner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aygün Temizcan in the 92nd minute of the match. Sögütlü JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
