Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Songur Öztunç took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Kurtulus JK's Ahmet Arif Bağcıoğlu in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kalkandere JK's goalie prevented a goal. If Zafer Özsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beşir Mahmut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Arif Bağcıoğlu in the 20th minute of play. Songur Öztunç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Beşir Mahmut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ahmet Arif Bağcıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurtulus JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Arif Bağcıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beşir Mahmut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Songur Öztunç took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beşir Mahmut. Beşir Mahmut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Zafer Özsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Semavi Utkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beşir Mahmut having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zafer Özsu made a kick off. When Songur Öztunç fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurtulus JK's protests and gave Songur Öztunç a yellow card for diving instead. When Songur Öztunç came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Kurtulus JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Songur Öztunç couldn't finish the play. When Semavi Utkan fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurtulus JK's protests and gave Semavi Utkan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kurtulus JK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Semavi Utkan hit a great ball. Ömer Rıza Malkoç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafer Özsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Songur Öztunç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Arif Bağcıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Beşir Mahmut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Songur Öztunç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Beşir Mahmut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kurtulus JK. 95 minutes into the match, Kurtulus JK's goal looked a bit too open when Zafer Özsu came free, but Ömer Rıza Malkoç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
