After 7 played minutes, Kabadüz FK's Hüsmen İzci shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aytekin Kocaalp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kabadüz FK reached it. In the 9thth minute of the game Cosimo Basilico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kabadüz FK's Murat Tanören was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kunter Ramiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Aytekin Kocaalp made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Kabadüz FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yedikule SK:s goal. 0-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Hasan Ali Avcu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Leonardo Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kunter Ramiz got free with Aytekin Kocaalp in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute Güntekin Kongurtay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytekin Kocaalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Yedikule SK's Aytekin Kocaalp got control of the ball when Temel Hekim tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Yedikule SK's Cosimo Basilico made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murat Tanören was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Kabadüz FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murat Tanören should have stopped the shot. Yedikule SK's Aytekin Kocaalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güntekin Kongurtay in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosimo Basilico to make the kick off. Kunter Ramiz kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Leonardo Bartolome cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Murat Tanören was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonardo Bartolome struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Murat Tanören didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yedikule SK. Murat Tanören had great luck who in the 64thth minute grab hold of the ball when Cosimo Basilico from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 65th minute, Mehmet Bilge Öz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leonardo Bartolome came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Yedikule SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Bartolome couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Basilico in the 71st minute of play forced Kabadüz FK's goalkeeper Murat Tanören to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Yedikule SK's Leonardo Bartolome sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Murat Tanören narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aytekin Kocaalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Temel Hekim, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Cosimo Basilico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kabadüz FK's Murat Tanören was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Murat Tanören took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Basilico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Yedikule SK booed when Kabadüz FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zikri Erol didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Kabadüz FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yedikule SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
