When Bican Göçer fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57's protests and gave Bican Göçer a yellow card for diving instead. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aras Görkem Timurtas sped through Firat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Koçhan in the 29th minute of play forced Firat's goalkeeper Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Øyvind Engan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Mehmet Ferit Falcıoğlu sent off a good shot on target. After the first half 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Mehmet Ferit Falcıoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu. 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When Yavuz Koçhan fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57's protests and gave Yavuz Koçhan a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Mehmet Ferit Falcıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Firat's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Ferit Falcıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Firat's Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Firat from getting a goal against them. Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerim Akıncı in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute Kerim Akıncı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Aras Görkem Timurtas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Firat the free kick. After 68 played minutes 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57 got a freekick which was hit by Aras Görkem Timurtas. 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57's Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Ferit Falcıoğlu in the 76th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, Firat's Kerim Akıncı made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kuddusî Çiftçioğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Øyvind Engan in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Firat defense, Øyvind Engan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan. The Firat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Hakan Çelikkan should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 57SİNOPBOYABATSPOR57 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
