The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baransel Haseki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Umut Nevzat made a huge save. SAKARYA CLUB's Sakut Gülen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlhan Atatuğ in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlyas Tolga Yaybüke in the 8th minute of play forced SAKARYA CLUB's goalkeeper Sakut Gülen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, SAKARYA CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Ferman Yaltıray came free, but Sakut Gülen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tolek Setara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Umut Nevzat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Berkay Başaydın took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Umut Nevzat. Bahce's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Şadi Cemre's late challenge caught a SAKARYA CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şadi Cemre helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bahce getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Şadi Cemre hit a great ball. Suavi Ülkü kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. With his leg Umut Nevzat managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when SAKARYA CLUB's Baransel Haseki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ferman Yaltıray charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferman Yaltıray the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Baransel Hasekis short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Umut Nevzat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Baransel Haseki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Umut Nevzat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Umut Nevzat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baransel Haseki in the 42nd minute. Bahce's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAKARYA CLUB the free kick. Umut Nevzat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Setara in the 81st minute of play. Baransel Haseki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SAKARYA CLUB had played much better football throughout.
