An unexpectedly hard shot by Fevzi Işınbay in the 7th minute of play forced Tire FK's goalkeeper Polat Özdoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tire FK booed when Erenköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çelik Ceberut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tunç> Buyrukalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Demiralp Kılıçalp's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Demiralp Kılıçalp was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Tire FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tire FK's Vefa Usum shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tunç> Buyrukalp but with some difficulty. After 14th play minutes Sungurhan Necati shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Tunç> Buyrukalp and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Hilmi Demirtuğ's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Polat Özdoa was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 27 minutes into the match, Erenköy's goal looked a bit too open when Demiralp Kılıçalp came free, but Tunç> Buyrukalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hilmi Demirtuğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akif Yeler during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Fevzi Işınbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilmi Demirtuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Tire FK's goal looked a bit too open when Fevzi Işınbay came free, but Polat Özdoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tire FK's Polat Özdoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fevzi Işınbay in the 44th minute of play. Polat Özdoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fevzi Işınbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hilmi Demirtuğ was the one to do the kick off. Fevzi Işınbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Polat Özdoa made a huge save. With his leg Polat Özdoa managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Erenköy's Fevzi Işınbay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Tire FK's Abdurrahman Tuner got a free kick in the 54th minute. Balaban Sağun hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Mazhar Oktar didn't quite understand what happened when in the 58 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdurrahman Tuner during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Erenköy booed when Tire FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdurrahman Tuner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fevzi Işınbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Hilmi Demirtuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erenköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilmi Demirtuğ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Polat Özdoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Tire FK's Polat Özdoa got control of the ball when Fevzi Işınbay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Demiralp Kılıçalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the game, Demiralp Kılıçalp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tire FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Erenköy the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tire FK's Demiralp Kılıçalp got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Tire FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Hilmi Demirtuğ scored to the left of an out of position Polat Özdoa, making the score, 1-1. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Tire FK's goalkeeper Polat Özdoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fevzi Işınbay. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
