Okanalp Maksut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özen Tüzmen kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ahmet Emir Elçi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 16th minute. Petkim's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 18th minute, Selami Kutlucan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SİİRTSPOR 56 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 37th minute Yıldıray Yılğıralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferman Ülgü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Ahmet Emir Elçi could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş however easily saved by the left post. If Ahmet Emir Elçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ahmet Emir Elçi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Petkim's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Emir Elçi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Okanalp Maksut made a kick off. When Ahmet Emir Elçi came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Petkim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Emir Elçi couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Emir Elçi in the 54th minute of the match. If Yıldıray Yılğıralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Emir Elçi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play, Petkim's Okanalp Maksut made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! Okanalp Maksut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, SİİRTSPOR 56's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Emir Elçi came free, but Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes, Baykal Nusrettin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Petkim and the SİİRTSPOR 56 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Baykal Nusrettin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erdinç Sadi, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the SİİRTSPOR 56 defense, Ahmet Emir Elçi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş. The SİİRTSPOR 56 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Refik Tuğsavaş should have stopped the shot. If Ahmet Emir Elçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
