After having played for 6 minutes, Boğaç Süvarioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a rather tough play, Kocatepe JK's Gürhan Başkaynak got a free kick in the 9th minute. Ali Erdem Dicle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Binali Alyakut, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ümraniye JK's Nuralp Hızlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ümraniye JK from getting a goal against them. Keramettin Kebir struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ali Erdem Dicle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ümraniye JK. Boğaç Süvarioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nuralp Hızlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Binali Alyakut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 minutes of play, Ümraniye JK's Mehmet Hamdi Özilhan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Erdem Dicle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Binali Alyakut made a kick off. In the 55th minute, İskender Özozan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kocatepe JK's goalkeeper Ali Erdem Dicle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Erdem Dicle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Binali Alyakut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes of play, Ümraniye JK's Binali Alyakut made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Erdem Dicle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ali Erdem Dicle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Binali Alyakut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
