Rasim Karacan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökalp Erbay having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Rasim Karacan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Veli Şevki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasim Karacan in the 55th minute of play forced Avcilar SK's goalkeeper Gökalp Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Avcilar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Rasim Karacan came free, but Gökalp Erbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gökalp Erbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yahya Kemal Tümay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kandemir Hafi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Gökalp Erbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasim Karacan, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. URZ61's Sertel Ankaralı suffered a concussion after 77 minutes and had to leave the field. When Veli Şevki fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 78 played minutes Avcilar SK got a freekick which was hit by Veli Şevki. URZ61's Şahin Bedel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save URZ61 from getting a goal against them. Şahin Bedel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veli Şevki in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that URZ61 were the better team. URZ61's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
