After 3 played minutes Cayiralan FK got a freekick which was hit by Suphi Irgat. Cayiralan FK's Güralp Timuroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakan Revnak in the 4th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hakan Revnak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güralp Timuroz was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alkın Semail in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güralp Timuroz saved Cayiralan FK from getting behind. Cayiralan FK's Güralp Timuroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkın Semail in the 12th minute of play. Güralp Timuroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakan Revnak in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reşat Mansur during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Güralp Timuroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkın Semail, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cayiralan FK defense, Alkın Semail kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Güralp Timuroz. The Cayiralan FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Güralp Timuroz should have stopped the shot. Alper Sarduç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasım Gençoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, Gördes's Alper Sarduç got control of the ball when Ali Asım Tercan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hakan Revnak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güralp Timuroz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Süleyman Ege during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Süleyman Ege hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Hakan Revnak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güralp Timuroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ali Asım Tercan struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Alper Sarduç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cayiralan FK. Cayiralan FK's Güralp Timuroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakan Revnak in the 59th minute of play. Güralp Timuroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alkın Semail in the 61st minute. Güralp Timuroz made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Alkın Semail sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Zafer Mertoğul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alkın Semail who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Güralp Timuroz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kasım Gençoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alper Sarduç having to interfere. Cayiralan FK's Güralp Timuroz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Cayiralan FK from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hakan Revnak in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güralp Timuroz saved Cayiralan FK from getting behind. A collision led to Cayiralan FK getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Azim Özek hit a great ball. Güralp Timuroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakan Revnak in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Gördes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cayiralan FK.
