Asım Arif Uran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Güralp Timuroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Kasım Gençoğlu rounded Kaynarca's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After having played for 31 minutes, Ali Asım Tercan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cayiralan FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Asım Tercan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reşat Mansur during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Cayiralan FK got a freekick which was hit by Reşat Mansur. In the 37th minute, Vecdi Baybars made a precise shot to the right of Güralp Timuroz. Cayiralan FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kasım Gençoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Reşit Kabataş fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kaynarca's protests and gave Reşit Kabataş a yellow card for diving instead. Reşit Kabataş kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Kaynarca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zülfikar Beyan to maneuver through the defense. Zafer Mertoğul, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The audience was convinced that Asım Arif Uran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güralp Timuroz was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Cayiralan FK's Behram Turay got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Zafer Mertoğul's late challenge caught a Kaynarca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zafer Mertoğul helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Asım Arif Uran kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Güralp Timuroz. That made the score 1-2 in the 86 minute of play. Kasım Gençoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ali Asım Tercan came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Cayiralan FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Asım Tercan couldn't finish the play.
