After 5 played minutes Kirklareli JK got a freekick which was hit by Hızır Aksun. Hızır Aksun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arda Baybars Türkol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Erdinç Bucak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Savaş Orguntay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bora Temizkan in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Kirklareli JK got a freekick which was hit by Tamer Yekta. When Bora Temizkan came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Pamukkale JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bora Temizkan couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Pamukkale JK booed when Kirklareli JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kağan Haksever didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bora Temizkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Savaş Orguntay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Hızır Aksun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirklareli JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hızır Aksun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, one of Pamukkale JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pamukkale JK. The referee gave Kirklareli JK a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cuma Şahinhan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pamukkale JK's Avni Tur. 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Hızır Aksun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kerim Tandoğdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avni Tur having to interfere. Erdinç Bucak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avni Tur having to interfere. Pamukkale JK's Avni Tur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hızır Aksun in the 39th minute of play. Baykam Aşık's late challenge caught a Pamukkale JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baykam Aşık helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kirklareli JK getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Baykam Aşık hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bora Temizkan in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Savaş Orguntay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Hızır Aksun made the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Kirklareli JK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Efe Taşdemir. Pamukkale JK's Erdi Acunman got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Pamukkale JK's Erdi Acunman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Savaş Orguntay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bora Temizkan in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Savaş Orguntay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Kirklareli JK's Savaş Orguntay got control of the ball when Arda Baybars Türkol tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Pamukkale JK fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Pamukkale JK's Bora Temizkan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erdinç Bucak took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avni Tur. Avni Tur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hızır Aksun in the 90th minute of play forced Pamukkale JK's goalkeeper Avni Tur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bora Temizkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savaş Orguntay having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kirklareli JK's Kerim Tandoğdu got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When Arda Baybars Türkol came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Pamukkale JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arda Baybars Türkol couldn't finish the play. Kağan Haksever hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Pamukkale JK's Erdi Acunman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bora Temizkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pamukkale JK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
