The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bilge Bayraktar during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Denizli booed when Semdinli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilge Bayraktar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Semdinli's Ahmet Oğuz Timur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emirşah Hakyemez in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Semdinli's zone, Emirşah Hakyemez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Oğuz Timur came out of the goal and Emirşah Hakyemez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 minutes of play, Denizli's Emirşah Hakyemez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Oğuz Timur was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Cemalettin Kuddus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Arif Ensar Hekim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Denizli had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
