After 4 played minutes, VurucuTim37's Caner Açıkalın shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Özgün Yaşam came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VurucuTim37 reached it. In a very dangerous position, a player in Menemen SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! Şimşek Uluant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arif Resulhan's late challenge caught a Menemen SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arif Resulhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Arif Resulhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özgün Yaşam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şimşek Uluant in the 18th minute of play. Menemen SK's Özgün Yaşam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şimşek Uluant in the 21st minute of play. When Ulu Mirac, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 23 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Özgün Yaşam was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Menemen SK's Özgün Yaşam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulu Mirac in the 25th minute of play. When Şimşek Uluant came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the VurucuTim37 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şimşek Uluant couldn't finish the play. Şimşek Uluant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özgün Yaşam having to interfere. If Lütfullah Gürler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ulu Mirac managed to get in a good position for a shot. VurucuTim37's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulu Mirac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özgün Yaşam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Mümtaz Eröz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Şimşek Uluant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Menemen SK's Mümtaz Eröz got a free kick in the 37th minute. Şimşek Uluant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mümtaz Eröz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Hamit Batıkan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lütfullah Gürler was the one to do the kick off. Şimşek Uluant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özgün Yaşam having to interfere. İlhami Buminhan kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Mümtaz Eröz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menemen SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mümtaz Eröz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlhami Buminhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Hamit Batıkan having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, VurucuTim37 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Resulhan to maneuver through the defense. Lütfullah Gürler scored 1-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustafa Hamit Batıkan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulu Mirac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Özgün Yaşam made a huge save. A hard shot 83 in the game by Ulu Mirac from a close distance when the talented Özgün Yaşam managed to make a qualified save. Menemen SK's players were relieved.
