Hakkı Onur Yaban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the KİRDIREJ defense, Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hakkı Onur Yaban. The KİRDIREJ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hakkı Onur Yaban should have stopped the shot. Demirözü's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cemil Şirzat 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Alp Gülsoy hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Çağrı Darga in the 21st minute of play forced KİRDIREJ's goalkeeper Hakkı Onur Yaban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Onur Yaban having to interfere. Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ahmet Çağrı Darga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sarp Delioğlu's late challenge caught a Demirözü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sarp Delioğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cemil Şirzat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hakkı Onur Yaban read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. If Şerafettin Bilen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şerafettin Bilen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Alperen Aktemur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute of the match Demirözü got a corner. KİRDIREJ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cabbar Güzir ran over to the corner to take the kick. Refik Oncubay hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Demirözü's Cabbar Güzir broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demirözü's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakkı Onur Yaban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. KİRDIREJ's Hakkı Onur Yaban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Rıfat Tuğkun in the 70th minute of play. With a little luck, KİRDIREJ's Hakkı Onur Yaban got control of the ball when Ahmet Çağrı Darga tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemil Şirzat in the 89th minute of play forced Demirözü's goalkeeper Alperen Aktemur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Çağrı Darga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Demirözü failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
