Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pahom Dobuzhinskiy started the match with the kick off. When Stelios Strevlos came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the İZMİR FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stelios Strevlos couldn't finish the play. Savaşer Doğanlar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orkun Baler in the 4th minute of play. When İZMİR FC's Pahom Dobuzhinskiy in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The coaching staff of İZMİR FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Atilla Kağan Malik had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of İZMİR FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Elmali FK:s goal. The referee gave Elmali FK a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Müfit Yalım, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of İZMİR FC's Korcan Kantürk. 0-1. Savaşer Doğanlar came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by İZMİR FC's Stelios Strevlos. But to his dismay, Stelios Strevlos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 26 minutes in the game, Stelios Strevlos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Savaşer Doğanlar having to interfere. Elmali FK's Savaşer Doğanlar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Elmali FK from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute, Ersin Paksan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Savaşer Doğanlar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Stelios Strevlos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 35th playminute. Stelios Strevlos in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Savaşer Doğanlar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Şansal Ergener's late challenge caught a İZMİR FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şansal Ergener helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Elmali FK's Şansal Ergener got a free kick in the 40th minute. Wladyslaw Fleszar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelios Strevlos struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Savaşer Doğanlar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for İZMİR FC. İZMİR FC's Ersin Paksan got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Elmali FK got a freekick which was hit by Süleyman Yavuzer. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Süleyman Yavuzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elmali FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Süleyman Yavuzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Korcan Kantürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 58 minutes, Ersin Paksan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. İZMİR FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ersin Paksan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orkun Baler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savaşer Doğanlar having to interfere. After 68 minutes, Orkun Baler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the İZMİR FC and the Elmali FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, İZMİR FC's Orkun Baler got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 73rd minute, Wladyslaw Fleszar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stelios Strevlos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Savaşer Doğanlar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Stelios Strevlos notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Elmali FK's Savaşer Doğanlar. Savaşer Doğanlar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Savaşer Doğanlar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelios Strevlos in the 86th minute of play. Stelios Strevlos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savaşer Doğanlar having to interfere. Yavuz Selimhan Gökçek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. İZMİR FC had played much better football throughout.
