Cihat Enfas short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Şevket Ergümen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cihat Enfa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Şevket Ergümen made a huge save. Atabey Erbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Alaca's Hüsmen Selim got a free kick in the 15th minute. Atabey Erbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şevket Ergümen having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Aral Başöz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ekber Cabir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cezmi Talaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aral Başöz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ekber Cabir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cezmi Talaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ekber Cabir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cezmi Talaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Cihat Enfa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Aral Başöz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ekber Cabir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aral Başöz in the 46th minute of play. Ekber Cabir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezmi Talaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aral Başöz made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Alaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aral Başöz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cihat Enfa in the 53rd minute of play forced Alaca's goalkeeper Şevket Ergümen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cihat Enfa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Aral Başöz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ekber Cabir. That made the score 0-2 in the 56 minute of play. Cezmi Talaz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Ekber Cabir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Şevket Ergümen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cihat Enfa, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Şevket Ergümen came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by vakfıkebirli Sk's Cihat Enfa. But to his dismay, Cihat Enfa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Cezmi Talaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ekber Cabir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezmi Talaz got free with Ekber Cabir in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cezmi Talaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Ant Ziyaettin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cihat Enfa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şevket Ergümen having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alaca had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
