With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özden Deniz in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gökçek Tulunay saved Mecitözü from getting behind. ßyCrazy's Tümer Bircanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şakir Vecihi in the 13th minute of play. Tümer Bircanoğlu was a little too slow when Oğuzalp Temizsoy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 17th match minute, Mecitözü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzalp Temizsoy to maneuver through the defense. If Oğuzalp Temizsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hüsrev İlsev's late challenge caught a ßyCrazy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hüsrev İlsev helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Mecitözü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüsrev İlsev to maneuver through the defense. Tümer Bircanoğlu made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ozan Öktürk sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the match, ßyCrazy's goalkeeper Tümer Bircanoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüsrev İlsev. Tümer Bircanoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ozan Öktürk in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oğuzalp Temizsoy to make the kick off.
