Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Behiç Balkoç made the kick off and thus started the match. If Behiç Balkoç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute Şemsettin Vefi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alim Kutlar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Fenerbahce's goal looked a bit too open when Behiç Balkoç came free, but Ahmet İlhan Zahit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuralp Kose hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Behiç Balkoç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şansal Acarbey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet İlhan Zahit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Ahmet İlhan Zahit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behiç Balkoç in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karaköy FK's goalkeeper Alim Kutlar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Karaköy FK's goal looked a bit too open when Şemsettin Vefi came free, but Alim Kutlar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şemsettin Vefi to make the kick off. Ahmet İlhan Zahit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şansal Acarbey in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Karaköy FK booed when Fenerbahce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuralp Kose didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Behiç Balkoç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ahmet İlhan Zahit was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şemsettin Vefi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Aybar Yabgu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet İlhan Zahit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Behiç Balkoç, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ahmet Hayri Ekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Alim Kutlar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet İlhan Zahit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Behiç Balkoç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Fenerbahce's Şemsettin Vefi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alim Kutlar. Alim Kutlar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. With his leg Alim Kutlar managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Fenerbahce's Ahmet Hayri Ekin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 81st minute of the match Gürcan Kağan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet İlhan Zahit skillfully saved the ball. Behiç Balkoç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Karaköy FK's goalkeeper Alim Kutlar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Hayri Ekin. Ahmet İlhan Zahit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yılmaz Dertsiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
