Baran Bilge Selim scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Başaran Öveç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. İnanç Kamer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Ömer Şenal in the 9th minute of play. In the 18th minute Ali Ömer Şenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İnanç Kamer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sariyer JK booed when Real Vefa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağan Peykan didn't get a good kick on the ball. İnanç Kamer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Ömer Şenal in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Real Vefa's goalkeeper İnanç Kamer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Güral Ahsen. 29 minutes into the game, one of Real Vefa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Başaran Öveç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağan Peykan in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Bilge Selim in the 35th minute of play forced Sariyer JK's goalkeeper Başaran Öveç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İnanç Kamer made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Güral Ahsen sent off a good shot on target. After 40 minutes, Baran Bilge Selim made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Sariyer JK's Başaran Öveç tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Baran Bilge Selim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Başaran Öveç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Ali Ömer Şenal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sariyer JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Ömer Şenal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Ali Ömer Şenal took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for İnanç Kamer to make any attempt to save it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baran Bilge Selim to strike the kick off in the second half. İnanç Kamer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Ömer Şenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. İnanç Kamer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güral Ahsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güral Ahsen struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. İnanç Kamer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sariyer JK. Real Vefa's İnanç Kamer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güral Ahsen in the 61st minute of play. İnanç Kamer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güral Ahsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Çağan Peykan kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Real Vefa got a freekick which was hit by Afşar Yavuzhan. 72 minutes into the game, Ahmet Göktuğ İlsak threw the ball into play from the sideline. Real Vefa's Çağan Peykan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 73rd minute, Tuna Arslanoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sariyer JK's goalkeeper Başaran Öveç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Güral Ahsen made a precise shot to the right of İnanç Kamer. Real Vefa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. 87 minutes into the game, Ali Ömer Şenal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. İnanç Kamer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real Vefa's İnanç Kamer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güral Ahsen in the 91st minute of play. In the 96th minute, Sabahattin Başbuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sariyer JK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Real Vefa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
